Sleeps 2 – 1 Bedroom

The Old Chapel cottage is situated in the 22 acres of grounds at the Dinas Country Club. Originally a small chapel in the Monastery grounds, built over 650 years ago, it has been carefully renovated to retain the original character of the building, with exposed stone walls, flagged floors, beams, tiny arrow slit alcoves and in the kitchen a domed ceiling.

Modern day comforts have been added including a wood burner. French doors lead from the bedroom to your own rear lawned garden. Old Chapel Cottage is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday or even celebrate a special occasion.

The cottage enjoys all the facilities onsite including the outdoor heated pool, while a nearby footpath takes you to the pretty coves of Cwm yr Eglwys, Pwllgwaelod, Aberfforest a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Walks abound in this coastal national park; take in the scenery and the trail around the Dinas Island and the village facilities of Dinas all within a short walk away.

Set in lawned grounds and surrounded by woods, the cottages are within walking distance of Dinas Cross and all its amenities on the north Pembrokeshire coast and within the Pembrokeshire National Park. A coastal path runs through the site which formed part of the old pilgrims’ trail, indeed there is even a ‘holy’ well where the monks would offer sustenance to pilgrims on their annual journey to St Davids; the footpath leads down to the pretty beaches of Cwm yr Eglwys, Pwllgwaelod and Aberfforest, with their scenic sea views of Dinas Head Island.

Chapel cottage enjoys the use of the facilities at the Dinas Country Club including outdoor heated pool (seasonal opening), communal WiFi, onsite bar, children’s play park and play field.

The clubhouse dates back to the 13th century and has a beautiful log fire, the clubhouse offers real ales.

The accommodation entrance is into the lounge area with the TV and digibox, DVD, comfortable sofas, wood burner, coffee table and dinner table with 2 chairs.

The kitchen has an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave.

The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table and mirror, double size bed, bedside tables and lamps.

The bathroom has a power shower, toilet and wash hand facilities.

The garden has outside seating and with shrubs and plantings.

There is parking next to the cottage.

The heating for the cosy cottage is electric and with a wood burning stove.

Sleeps 4 – 2 Bedrooms

This beautiful, detached stone cottage is quietly set at the end of a private walkway. Keepers Nook has a split-level ground floor with modern, fitted kitchen and welcoming lounge with wood burning stove.

The spacious master bedroom approached by a spiral staircase has a beamed ceiling and fitted wardrobes. There is a secluded rear lawn and front patio with garden furniture. The grounds are not enclosed, but open out onto the wooded hillside and lead to the shared lawned areas. The cottage enjoys all the facilities of the nearby Country Club.

Forming part of an old monastery built over 650 years ago, the cottages were originally the barns and chapel and have now been renovated to a high standard offering all modern comforts in a relaxing and scenic setting. Keepers Nook has WIFI installed and enjoy the use of the facilities at the Country Club including outdoor heated pool (seasonal opening), onsite bar and children’s play park.

The entrance into Keepers Nook is into a hallway this leads to the bath/shower, a twin bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes and into the modern fitted kitchen.

The kitchen/dining room has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven/hob. There is a dining table which sits 4 people and access to the master bedroom if from spiral staircase in the kitchen.

The master bedroom is a spacious room with double bed, exposed beams, plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table.

The lounge area accessed from the kitchen/diner by some steps has patio doors leading out to the garden area. There is a TV with digibox, DVD player and comfy sofas. A wood burning stove is provided for your comfort and enjoyment.

The twin bedroom has two single beds.

A barbecue and outside seating is provided and a clothesline and pegs is available. An abundance of mature shrubs and trees surround the cottage providing a real away from it all feel.

Hay Barn is a most unusual stone cottage with an attractive split-level ground floor. The cottage is full of character with wood burner, beams and exposed stonework and spiral staircase. The self-catering accommodation has been lovingly renovated and well furnished to provide a comfortable holiday retreat.

The patio area at the front has garden furniture and is surrounded by shrubs, giving privacy to enjoy an alfresco meal. Or you may wish to sit out on the shared lawns surrounded by mature shrubs and planters. The nearby footpath takes you to the pretty coves of Cwm Yr Eglwys, Pwllgwaelod and the wonderful clifftop scenery of Dinas Island, you may even be lucky enough to spot a dolphin or seal.

Entrance to the cottage is into a flag stoned area between the sitting room and kitchen, found up a short number of stairs. The sitting room/dining area has a wood burning stove, comfortable sofas, drift wood coffee table, flat screen TV with digibox and DVD player. The dining area has a rectangular dining table with seating for 4.

The kitchen, accessible up a short set of steps, has electric hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Through the sitting room and up some stairs you will find the bathroom with a power shower, hand basin and toilet.

A spiral staircase takes you up to the upper floor and bedroom 2 and its bunk beds and fitted wardrobe and onto the master bedroom with its fitted wardrobe, dressing table and double bed.

The holiday cottage is centrally heated with radiators powered by a renewable energy air source heat pump.

A barbecue and picnic table are found outside the cottage.

Old Rectory cottage is an inspired conversion of a stonebarn which overlooks a wooded valley, with a footpath taking you to the pretty coves of Cwm yr Eglwys, Pwllgwaelod and Aberfforest.

This renovated property has plenty of character with exposed stone walls, beams and flagged floors with cosy rugs. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen. The patio at the front of the cottage is sheltered by a shrub border and has garden furniture, a perfect spot to enjoy an evening meal or even breakfast.

Recently refurbished to a high standard with under floor heating. WIFI has been installed and a new kitchen. The sitting area features comfortable sofas and a coffee table together with a flat screen TV with digibox and a DVD player. The dining area has a round dining table and 4 seats.

The bath/shower room has a shower, bath, WC and hand basin.

The master bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps

The second bedroom has bunk beds and a fitted wardrobe.

A barbecue is available outside the cottage together with a dining set and 4 chairs.
